About MS4ICT

A published ICT management and governance methodology

MS4ICT (Management System for ICT) is a published management and governance methodology designed to address a central challenge faced by modern organisations:
restoring coherence in ICT governance in an environment fragmented by the multiplication of frameworks, regulations and management systems.

MS4ICT is not a service offering, not a consulting activity, and not an implementation method.
It is a documented methodological framework intended to structure the understanding, reading and explanation of ICT governance over time.

Why MS4ICT

Over the past years, organisations have been confronted with:

MS4ICT emerged from a simple observation:
???? the problem is not the lack of frameworks,
???? but the absence of a management system capable of connecting what already exists, without recreating silos.

The DNA of MS4ICT

MS4ICT is built on three core principles:

A management system, not a project approach

MS4ICT is not:

It is a management system, independent of projects, technologies and organisational structures, designed to structure ICT governance over time.

A publication and knowledge‑sharing approach

MS4ICT is disseminated through a publication‑driven approach, including:

The objective is to share a reference framework, promote a common governance language, and contribute to a more readable and integrated approach to ICT governance, particularly in the European regulatory context.
